Performance Prediction Model: This model accurately predicts protein properties, enabling faster development of alternative proteins.

Model accuracy exceeded 0.96.
Strong F1 score
The F1 score, measuring the proportion of true positive predictions on gelation (the initial target functionality), surpassed 0.97.
